BioHi, my name is Duane - I have decided to use a journal here to share my experience as a Road to Hope - Hopes Voice Speaker -
I am a young guy in my twenties who has had HIV for 7 years. I share my story with the hopes that others will not get HIV or I can help someone handle getting an HIV diagnosis. I think this is important for a lot of reasons. i would not maybe be where I am having done what I have done - if someone had done that for me. And it is all good - just feel like I have the opportunity and the willingness to put myself out there in the hopes of helping someone. It helps me top live happier and with hope wiht this diseaese that for many leave them helpless and without hope. No on deserve that - i do not care who they are or what they have done. We all need and deserve hope and as my boss would say at hopes voice - to die with dignity.
